DENTAL INFECTION CONTROL ENGINEERING

Protect each Dental Unit waterline with one dedicated ODB.

Each Dental Unit uses one ODB with its own bottle or water reservoir. The official simulation estimates reservoir ozone concentration over time under constant and changing water-volume conditions.

01
ODB WATERLINE ENGINEERING PRINCIPLE

One ODB serves one Dental Unit water reservoir

The 1:1 installation ratio controls equipment quantity only. ODB performance is represented by the official soaking and changing-water-volume model.

Strict installation rule: each Dental Unit receives one ODB with its own bottle or water reservoir. Project quantity never changes the official soaking curves.

OFFICIAL ODB SOAKING SIMULATION

ODB WATER RESERVOIR PERFORMANCE

Estimated ozone concentration in the Dental Unit water reservoir during one-hour ODB operation under constant and changing water-volume conditions.

INSTALLATION BASIS

1 Dental Unit = 1 ODB

Each ODB is dedicated to one Dental Unit. The ODB operating-cycle and reservoir simulations represent one installed ODB. Project quantity and commercial sizing are handled in quotation or project-design workflows.

INDEPENDENT ODB WATER VALIDATION

Point-of-use evidence for ODB-treated Dental Unit water

Reservoir simulation estimates ozone concentration over time. Validation is a separate, report-specific microbiological result from actual point-of-use water.

ODB WATERLINE CLINICAL VALIDATION

Independent laboratory testing of point-of-use water

Independent laboratory testing of point-of-use water from an ODB-treated Dental Unit. This evidence does not validate room air, HAS Mini, ROS performance, OSB, surface sanitation, every installation, or the complete Dental Infection Control system.
