HOW IT WORKS

Ozone mist for room and surface hygiene

SSS-150 distributes ozone mist into the target area so ozone can contact exposed surfaces. After the oxidation period, ozone naturally decomposes back into oxygen with no chemical refill required.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

How SSS-150 supports surface sanitizing workflow

SSS-150 is used as a portable room-by-room surface hygiene system. The recommended workflow is to prepare the room, run the ozone mist cycle according to SOP, then ventilate the space before normal occupancy.

1

Move SSS-150 to room

Position the portable SSS-150 unit in the target room or treatment area.

2

Prepare room and target surfaces

Remove people, prepare target surfaces and follow facility safety procedures.

3

Fill / prepare system

Check water, power and operating readiness before starting the program.

4

Select operation program

Select the suitable operation mode according to room size and SOP.

5

Run ozone mist cycle

Allow ozone mist distribution and contact time for the selected hygiene cycle.

6

Ventilate before re-entry

Ventilate the room and confirm safe re-entry before returning the room to use.

QUICK SIMULATION

SSS Ozone / Mist ROS Distance Simulation

Estimate ozone concentration, residual ozone safety and CT trend by distance from the unit. SSS-100 covers 100 m² and SSS-150 covers 150 m²; room volume is calculated from area × ceiling height.

Room volume = area × ceiling height. O₃ conversion uses 1 ppm ≈ 1.96 mg/m³.
Mist mode separates ROS treatment index from residual O₃ safety estimate.

FAQ

Common questions about SSS-150

What is SSS-150 used for?

SSS-150 is used for ozone mist surface hygiene support in rooms, clinics, hospitals, offices, hotels and shared equipment areas.

Is SSS-150 a portable product?

Yes. It is positioned as a portable room-by-room system for facility hygiene workflows.

Does it require chemical refill?

No chemical refill is required for ozone itself. Ozone is generated and later naturally decomposes back into oxygen.

Can people stay in the room during operation?

No. Ozone room treatment should be operated according to safety SOP, with no occupancy during the treatment cycle and ventilation before re-entry.

Where should SSS-150 be used?

Typical areas include hospital rooms, dental clinics, treatment rooms, meeting rooms, hotel rooms and shared equipment zones.

How is SSS-150 different from HAS or other SSS models?

SSS-150 is focused on portable ozone mist surface sanitizing workflows, while HAS products are positioned for air treatment and odor-control applications.
