HOW IT WORKS

Chemical-free ozone spray sanitization

COS generates fresh ozonated water on demand. The ozone water is applied by spray for daily hygiene support, then ozone naturally decomposes back to oxygen without chemical residue.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

How COS generates ozonated spray water

COS uses compact electrolysis ozone technology to generate low-dose ozonated water from tap water. The fresh ozone water is used immediately through spray application for personal hygiene support, small equipment sanitation and daily-use surfaces.

1

Fill clean water

Fill the COS water chamber with clean tap water within the recommended water quality range.

2

Charge and prepare

Make sure the compact spray unit is charged and ready for daily operation.

3

Press start

Use simple one-touch operation to start ozone generation before spray use.

4

Electrolysis generates ozone

The electrolysis ozone module generates fresh ozonated water on demand.

5

Spray target area

Apply the freshly generated ozonated water by spray to the target hygiene area.

6

Empty and keep clean

Empty remaining water after use and keep the spray unit clean and dry.

FAQ

Common questions about COS

What is COS used for?

COS is a compact ozone spray system for daily hygiene support, hand washing support, oral-care support and small equipment sanitation.

Does COS require chemical refill?

No. COS generates ozonated water directly from tap water using electrolysis ozone technology.

What water should be used?

Use clean tap water within the recommended water quality range. Water quality, temperature and organic load can affect ozone performance.

Does ozone leave chemical residue?

No. Ozone naturally decomposes back to oxygen after use, so it does not leave chlorine, alcohol or detergent residue.

Can COS be used every day?

Yes. COS is designed for simple daily hygiene workflows when operated according to the product guidance.

How is COS different from OSB and Tumbler?

COS is positioned as a compact ozone spray system with 6 mg/h output. OSB is a portable spray bottle platform, while Tumbler is focused on oral rinse use.

QUICK SIMULATION

COS Ozone Spray Concentration Simulator

Simulate ozone concentration in fixed 150 mL water from 0 seconds to 3.5 minutes. COS uses compact electrolysis ozone generation with 6 mg/h ozone output for fresh ozone spray applications.
